Shopping process

Returns Policy
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience after an order has been placed.
However, if the product is damaged during shipping, is defective, or is different from the product you ordered, we will handle the situation. In that case, we will cover the return shipping fee. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us within 3 days after receiving the product. Please keep the product in the same packaging as it was delivered.

About receipts
If you would like a receipt, please enter "I would like a receipt" in the comments section of your cart. The name of the person who placed the order will generally be written on the receipt, but if there are any changes, please contact us.
