Shopping process

2. Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in your shopping cart to proceed to checkout.
3. Enter your shipping address.
4. Select a shipping method.
5. Select your payment method, enter the required details, and select your billing address.
6. Click the "Complete Order" button to complete your order.

Your first box will arrive at your door 2–4 weeks after you place your order.

Returns Policy

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience after an order has been placed.

However, if the product is damaged during shipping, is defective, or is different from the product you ordered, we will handle the situation. In that case, we will cover the return shipping fee. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us within 3 days after receiving the product. Please keep the product in the same packaging as it was delivered.

• Products that have been opened or used by the customer
• If the product box, instruction manual, or other accessories are damaged, soiled, or lost
• If the item is returned with the shipping label attached directly to it

 

About receipts

If you would like a receipt, please enter "I would like a receipt" in the comments section of your cart. The name of the person who placed the order will generally be written on the receipt, but if there are any changes, please contact us.
